Submission of Mikei® Redemption Vouchers

Find Mikei® on WhatsApp and WeChat! Complete the following three steps to submit your vouchers:

  1. Use the QR code to add us to your account contacts
  2. Take photos of the redemption vouchers and one completed form (on the back of the voucher) #1
  3. Submit the photos to our WhatsApp or WeChat account

Voucher processing and live support is available during office hours#2. Please keep your redemption vouchers and form as you wait for further instructions.

By Email

Submit photos of your completed redemption voucher form and each required voucher#1 to [email protected]. A rep-resentative from Mikei® will contact you during office hours#2 to register.

Please keep your redemption vouchers and form as you wait for further instructions.

Mail in your completed redemption voucher form and each required voucher to the applicable address below. It is recommended to keep a copy of your submitted vouchers for your records.
