Developed in partnership with famed udon master, Negishi Keisuke of Menkomachi in Gunma, Japan; enjoy the mushroom-infused flavour of Reishi, Maitake, Kiirotake, Shiitake, Fukurotake, Chakitake, and Chitake with high quality Japanese udon in one delicious and easy to cook serving!

INGREDIENTS** (Each box contains one udon and one sauce.)

Mushroom Udon [ 1 x 150 g (5.3 oz.) Dried Mushroom Udon]
Japan Wheat Norin 61, Salt, Alcohol, Mushroom Essence* (Kiirotake , Maitake, Shiitake, Fukurotake, Red Reishi)

Chitake Mushroom Sauce [1 x 25 ml (0.8 fl oz.) Mushroom Sauce]
Water, Soya Sauce, Sugar, Japanese Seasoning (bonito essence, dried fish extract (bonito, mackerel and sardine), seaweed essence, bonito flakes, dried sardine extract, dried mackerel flakes), Fermented Seasoning, Salt, Seasoning (amino acid), Chitake Essence*, Caramel Color, Chakitake Essence*, Hydrolysis Protein (potato, corn),  Acidifier

*7 types of Mushroom Essences are extracted from no less than 210g (7.4 oz.) of assorted Mushrooms in total.

** Contains: wheat, soya and fish.

DIRECTIONS

Step 1.
For best results, cook the udon in boiling water for 6-8 minutes.

Step 2.
Drain and rinse well under cold running water.

Step 3.
To serve hot as an udon soup base, mix 275 ml (9.3 fl oz.) of hot water with 25 ml (0.8 fl oz.) of mushroom sauce. OR
To serve cold as a dipping sauce, mix 125 ml (4.2 fl oz.) of cold water with 25 ml (0.8 fl oz.) of mushroom sauce.

Can serve with vegetables or meat. Avoid direct sunlight.  Refrigerate after opening.
