Enjoy the mushroom-infused flavour of Reishi, Maitake, Kiirotake, Shiitake, Fukurotake, Chakitake, and Chitake with high quality Japanese ramen in one delicious and easy to cook serving!

 

The Mayuzumi Family has been cultivating high quality mushrooms in the Gunma Prefecture for three generations, thus accumulating great experience in growing fine mushrooms. To satisfy the health conscious, the renowned mycologist, Mr. Fumimaru Mayuzumi, with his years of profound investigation in fungi studies, has collaborated with Sumioka Foods of Japan to produce the unique healthy mushroom product, Mikei Mushroom Instant Ramen.

 

 

Each box contains two sets of instant ramen, mushroom sauce, and flavoured vegetable oil

 

Non-fried Mushroom Ramen [2 x 85g (3.02 oz.)]

Ingredients: Wheat flour, wheat protein, starch, salt, alkaline water, Vitamin E, orange pigment, mushroom extracts (Yellow mushroom, Fukuro mushroom, Maitake mushroom, Shiitake mushroom, Red Reishi)

 

Mushroom Sauce [2 x 25 ml (0.8 fl oz.)]
Ingredients: Water, Soya Sauce, Sugar, Japanese Seasoning [bonito essence, dried fish extract (bonito, mackerel and sardine), seaweed essence, bonito flakes, dried sardine extract, dried mackerel flakes], Fermented Seasoning, Salt, Seasoning (amino acid), Chitake Essence*, Caramel Color, Chakitake Essence*, Hydrolysis Protein (potato, corn),  Acidifier

 

Flavored Vegetable Oil [2 x 2 ml (0.06 oz.)]
Ingredients: Onion, Garlic & Canola Oil

 

 

DIRECTIONS

Step 1.
For best result, cook the ramen with 500ml boiling water for 3~4 minutes.

 

Step 2.
Turn off the heat and then put the mushroom sauce and oil into the boiled ramen.

 

Step 3.
Serve the ramen with the soup and enjoy.

 

Avoid direct sunlight.  Refrigerate after opening. Can serve with vegetables or meat.
