Preparation Method:

Step 1

Stir fry vegetables (such as eggplant, cabbage, mushroom, or onion) with oil in a pot for about one minute.

Step 2

Add 700 to 800ml of water into the same pot of vegetables and let it come to a boil.

Step 3

Add the Udon strands into the pot piece by piece.

Step 4

Let the Udon cook with the vegetables for another 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Step 5

Mix in the mushroom sauce, and serve. Garnish with diced green onions.

  • Remove the de-oxidant pack from the Udon bag. Not for consumption.
  • Can serve with vegetables or meat.
  • Avoid direct sunlight.
  • Refrigerate after opening.

Mushroom Sauce [1 x 25 ml (0.8 fl oz.) Mushroom Sauce]

Water, soy Sauce, fermented seasoning, sugar, salt, high fructose corn syrup, dried bonito extract, seasoning(amino acids), Chitake extract, dried fish extract (bonito, mackerel, sardine), caramel, dried bonito stock, hydrolyzed protein, Chakitake extract, dried kelp extract, dried mackerel stock, dried frigate mackerel stock, dried sardine extract, bonito essence powder, lactic acid, malic acid
